Hollund's financial year ended on December 31st so I suspect we will hear from the company very soon. For those who have not followed the Hollund story, the following is a short recap.

Hollund is in the development stage. Hollund has contracted with Beaver Manufacturing of Kamloops, British Columbia to produce the TigerLynk AR120 alpha system. The TigerLynk AR120 will feature numerous innovations, including a 32,000 lb, 120 foot long fully articulated industrial robot arm and integrated vision systems. Hollund intends to generate revenue by leasing it's equipment. Hollund believes that long-term leasing contracts will provide them with a more stable revenue stream.

TigerLynk’s fully articulated robot arms feature heavy lift (up to 50 ton) and precision placement capabilities in a large work envelope. Coupled with a wide array of industrial tool options, TigerLynk promises to redefine the way contractors work in challenging marine environments.

GLOBAL RECESSION LEADS TO OPPORTUNITY

The recent global recession has prompted many governments, including China, Japan and the US, to enact new spending legislation designed to stimulate economic growth. Over the next several years, billions of new dollars will be spent on a host of shovel ready infrastructure projects, including dams, bridges, and ports.

THE GREEN ECONOMY

The era of the green economy is rapidly emerging alongside public concern about the environment. For the underwater forest industry, this is especially welcome news, as it provides an excellent opportunity to capitalize on an estimated $50 billion in undeveloped forest reserves.
