Update on Private Placement & OS
DW is leaning heavily towards closing the financing early on (or around) June 07 - the same day that Cougar is scheduled to pay DNI US $ 150,000.
So, in the short-term, the outstanding and fully-diluted shares will be less than ~ 80 M, and if more money is needed down the line, any financing will take place from higher prices.
If anybody is interested, or fence-sitting, this should be your last chance to buy units at CAD $ 0.065 with warrants at 0.10
