CNBC talking heads all hyping the ASCO this weekend. Seems that the CAR-T stuff is the hot thing. No one seems to be as concerned about the side effects as the patients will be.
I can't help but think that most of the CAR-T stuff is going to fail. Just as for decades a failed pathway continues to be explored (and fails) in Alzheimer's treatments, the truly ground-breaking drugs will blindside them when they seem to come out of nowhere, because the rigid thinkers are all focused on the wrong direction.
