gtrtr. Rule 144 Selling Limits. Already explai

Already explained much earlier if you were around here at the time.
What I like about the $DIGX is that their filings are very comprehensive and clearly state what "insider" shares are eligible for sale when and any limits on the rate at which they can appear. Very few OTC stocks bother to do that (or deliberately do not).
It is therefore possible to deduce when all the previous batches ought to be done and you can see that any remaining future ones are insignificant in the grand scheme of things (eg 30M when it is trading an average of 21M daily over the last 12 months or 53M a day now averaged over the last week. On the first few days of a run on financials or set off by accumulation trading, over 1B are changing hands.
Here is a typical extract from the filings:
"On June 23, 2016, the Company issued 30,000,000 shares of Common Stock, restricted in accordance with Rule 144, valued at $30,000, to Riva Chernyakhovsky for Executive Services.
The issuance was exempt from registration pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, and the shareholder was either accredited or sophisticated and familiar with Company operations. As of June 23, 2017, all 30,000,000 shares will be eligible for resale at the rate of 1% of our outstanding Common Stock per quarter (the 1% requirement of Rule 144 ).
As of June 23, 2017, all 30,000,000 shares will be eligible for resale pursuant to Rule 144(k) . However , the 30,000,000 shares , held by Riva Chernyakhovsky will continue to be subject to the 1% requirement because she is an affiliate .]"

The basher's like to make a lot of the insider shares to suit their own purpose of duping others to sell so they can get in cheap (and some are just vendetta bashers because they don't know how to trade around it and have lost sold for a loss in the past only to see the stock surge again months later).
It has been proven several times over the last 5 quarters that the runs will still happen. If people hit the ask, the insiders will sell on the ask which is fine because we get them out the way early. If people don't hit the ask, the insiders may sell into the bid depending what they are willing to take for their shares. That's what happened yesterday when enough people didn't buy at .0004.
Clearly on the last run, because astute traders set off a run by taking all the .0004s in 2 seconds [and it wasn't even me - I already had my .0003s + .0004s early], others jumped in after seeing scanners go off and spotting alerts and the insider selling was done much higher at .000845 and .0010999 as mentioned here earlier.
