$LWLG I will try answer in a polite way all the allegations made
recently...
1) ToXic Funding . This what you call toxic funding enabled LWLG to continue its progress and achieving results faster than expected; It enables LWLG to go on until a major player will put in tens of millions. We will be on another exchange and will soon look back and laugh about this low share price .
2)The 150000 promotion campaign to Stock Palooza is fake news; It states it started at 16 May . Well the stock was then already at 1,50 usd.It is now at 1,54. That is not really a big success; If I were the payer I would ask my money back. It means the big rise in shareprice happened before the 16th of May.
3) Tom Zelibor has indeed resigned as CEO but has now become chairman of LWLG and is extremely happy and proud that we voted him in that position; In fact I talked to him personally on 18 may and he thinks LWLG has an incredible future; I have never seen him as optimistic as during that meeting.
4)Michael Lebby lives indeed in San Francisco between the Twitters and the Googles , the big data center users . This is a great place to work from.Inversor asked him last year during a dinner ; What is going to be the next thing ? His answer ? LWLG. These Giants ask for a solution at a reasonable price and we think LWLG can give them this solution.
5) Michael Lebby is now spending all of his time for LWLG; Also when he will be putting polymers on the map in the conference in the Netherlands mid June and advising the EEC in Brussels the week afterwards; I will probably have dinner with him that week.No shareholder has any problem with the options he has received.
6) There have never been convertibles . I believe the capital raises have Always been done in a clever way to avoid dilution and are much better than previous PP's where there is more( double) dilution because of warrants execution; I know personally BIG shareholders who have met Lincoln and they consider them very good partners for LWLG.
A BIG thanks for Tom zelibor who brought us in that position. I could give you a mail where he himself states that MiChael Lebby is in a better position than himself to bring LWLG to the next level but this is private.
