So interestingly enough I sent in a message on the Contact Us part of the page and got a personal response from John Lampl. In fact if you send in something from there it is going direct to his box. His reply was personalized, not canned, and he CC'd Tony on it as well. Very impressed at how they are handling this whole thing!
