as absurd as it is and believe it or not .. that is some *entities* version of making a market ..
meaning it's *legal* .. but i refer to those trades done below known bids
as targeted trades between colluding entities .. you can take the data
(tape of trades) and your bid info re: your broker and file a complaint
with Finra .. even tho' *targeted trades* are legal .. if enough folks get
bypassed for those *trades* .. and will file complaints .. Finra will do
a back room query (observe) trading on CTIX for a few days to a week

may not sound like much but imo observation stifles *efforts* at least for a few days .. which is always worth it
