AutoPost's advanced technology enables recruiters to "preset" job posting criteria by job title, skills, and job location, including the career sites they want the jobs posted. Once that criteria is set, eQuest will search the user's career site and, when matches occur, automatically post jobs to the requested career sites. All candidates will return to the company's website or ATS for application submittal with accompanying job board source code.

Although some job boards provide similar services, they are limited to only being able to deliver jobs back to their own career sites. eQuest's AutoPost provides the same service but can deliver designated jobs to multiple, designated job boards simultaneously. Most importantly, AutoPost gives recruiters back the control of their job posting instead of relying on the job board vendors.

Another AutoPost benefit is that there is no requirement to have an ATS tool in place. AutoPost can import jobs from any career site.

AutoPost also has the ability to extract highly important candidate metrics and compare the results board by board. Problems occur for many companies when they receive candidate traffic reports from multiple job boards, each with a different set of algorithms, making it impossible to compare the performance across multiple boards. eQuest, however, uses the same algorithms across every board, enabling perfect comparisons. eQuest also scrubs the data to eliminate all bot and spider traffic, which can constitute as much as 60% false readings.
