“EXAD” is entering the final phase to complete its pending reverse merger with a revenue producing company.
The first quarter financial results from the merger company will be delivered in the coming days. Once the financial report has been reviewed and should it represent what has been discussed, EXAD will enter into a definitive agreement.
Based on the review of the company EXAD anticipates no surprises within the report and after the review EXAD will be able to make a formal announcement to its shareholders about the incoming company.
