I thought it would go back to the teens before the next run, because the company recently increased the AS from 350M to 550M, and there are 45M new shares in the OS within the last week.  Eventually this will run big-time to and through pennies.  As long as there are no new increases to the OS, then yes, this is the bottom.  The AD line is showing a reversal from last week's bottom.

The dilution is the key, without news.
