I remember stii_1, and I don't totally blame you for your reaction, but it was, as it was with many who misinterpreted it, just that, a misinterpretation.
They didn't "come to their senses" because their senses were never misplaced. They made the move as a defensive/growth strategy maneuver, NOT as a plot to make a bunch of rock star cash by diluting our shares with greed motivated conversions. That's what I told you while you were blowing your gaskets-lol-if you remember correctly, and now you can see I was absolutely correct.
There may have been a significant change to the potential hostile takeover threat that they countered, as well as a new option for funding certain M&A expansion efforts. We'll get the full scoop eventually, but you're right about one thing, IT'S A GREAT TIME TO BUY AND HOLD ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH BRANDS!!! $$ RMHB $$
