I don't agree having played on several boards. Rather they are more likely to delete posts that are reported, and those attacking CTIX are on-topic as the company is the topic. Those responding often attack the basher, they don't defend CTIX.

Many of the bashers and trolls are just better at following the TOS and use it to their advantage. I've seen this on other groups were long-term bashers were in control. With time and effort, they get beaten, but only if our side learns to use the rules to their advantage.
