This is a great post from a Belgium investor I mee
Post# of 871
He answers in a polite way all the allegations made recently on that board
1) ToXic Funding . This what you call toxic funding enabled LWLG to continue its progress and achieving results faster than expected; It enables LWLG to go on until a major player puts in tens of millions. We will be on another exchange and will soon look back and laugh about this low share price .
2)The alleged $150,000 promotion campaign on Stock Palooza is fake news; they claimed that it started at 16 May . Well the stock was then already at 1.50, .It is now at 1.54. That is not really a big success; If someone really did pay for a promotion they should ask their money back. The big rise in the shareprice happened before the 16th of May, it was/is due of the proven success of Polymer and the Devices.
3) Tom Zelibor has indeed resigned as CEO but has now become chairman of LWLG and is extremely happy and proud that we voted him in that position; In fact I talked to him personally on 18 may and he thinks LWLG has an incredible future; I have never seen him as optimistic about the future of Lightwave Logic as during that meeting.
4)Michael Lebby lives indeed in San Francisco between the Twitters and the Googles, the big data center users . This is a great place to work at dinner another investor named Inversor asked him; What is going to be the next big thing? His answer ? LWLG. These Giants ask for a solution at a reasonable price and we think LWLG can give them this the solution.
5) Michael Lebby is now spending all of his time for LWLG; Also when he will be putting polymers on the map in the conference in the Netherlands mid June and advising the EEC in Brussels the week afterwards; Some of the Belgium investors will probably have dinner with him that week. No shareholder has any problem with the options he has received they were priced appropriately.
6) There have never been convertibles . The capital raises have Always been done in a clever way to avoid dilution and are much better than previous PP's where there is more( double) dilution because of warrants execution; I know personally BIG shareholders who have met Lincoln and they consider them very good partners for LWLG.
A BIG thanks for Tom zelibor who brought us to this position. He stated that MiChael Lebby is in a better position than himself to bring LWLG to the next level. One of Toms biggest accomplishments was finding the perfect replacement and he did in Michael Lebby, in 2 He Weeks is going to put Polymer Photonics on the map of Big Data Centers and many believe this is the future in Communications as well as many Medical applications.
Thank you for your attention. Please stay honest with your comments. That Light at the end of the tunnel is a Litte Ol Lightwave Logic Train and it is already Rolling.
