California is high on there priority list for selling there cream in America. The cream can't cross state lines so they would have to manufacture it in every state. High populated states are obviously a good bang for there buck. California, Texas, New York, and Florida are all very high priority and populated areas to sell it. I believe Texas would need to make medical marijuana legal yet for us to pursue it.
I'm hearing many of these countries legalizing it like Germany are writing a clause in it that smoking it is not legal for medical use. So a pill form, like we have would need to be used.
