Let's agree on one thing. The patent allows them to sue others for using the same. The rest isn't anything you or I can actually determine at this time, methods of production, etc. That's for courts to decide if lawsuits are filed.
I'd like to see any technology company operate without patents for their product. It's not a very good business model.

I didn't imply that they couldn't manufacture without the patent. I said given the landscape they may be hesitant to sell or buyers hesitant to buy if they think lawsuits may follow. That's what I meant to convey,
