Just in my humble opinion... appears as if consolidation of past accumulated assets, etc. continues being legally disclosed OTC exchange through the art of Gerry Davids fine tuning business acumens.
"During March 2017, RMHB also announced Change of Control & ownership of the company. Jerry Grisaffi, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, sold his controlling interest to LSW Holdings, LLC through a private transaction that closed on February 28, 2017.
RMHB is expected to derive strength from this new parentage (viz, LSW Holdings) translating in substantial financial flexibility, infusion of need based fund for new product development, inventory production, innovative advertising and marketing campaigns and help RMHB in increasing its distribution base both in the U.S and internationally."

Patentability suggested is a complicated question because it depends on many factors including being either a "design" application or a "utility" application. I've always dreamed of bottling companies utilizing the biodegradable HEMP plastic (likely costlier) process to incorporate water bottles into a more athletic type reusable type design with "advertising LOGO" so peeps would likely choose one product over others for better reuse (obviously not lifetime) as an incentive to purchase the specific brand (ESSW) of water.
I've developed & own 3 design patents & 1 utility patent which was a costly but pleasurable education during the extensive long legal process eventually being rewarded being issued USPTO certificates.
