Zadie: We are all waiting for news. IMHO the outside date for us to receive news is June 3rd, 2017. I believe the 21 million dollar investor had several conditions that had to be met before that investment became actual. I would hope the company is focused on meeting those conditions and once they are met we will be flooded with news including UF3.0 being released. I also believe settling the litigation with mutual releases being executed is one of the conditions. If any of the investors conditions are unable to be met hopefully there is a backup plan in place. Go NTEK!!!
