As for chemo, if the drug's side effect includes OM, doctors will definitely prescribe B-OM first. It's quite commom so chemo-induced OM could be more than the 500K radiation-induced OM. Plus it's rinse and spit at home, who hard can it be?
I expect the next interim update to be as impressive as the first one (> 50% in prevention). Hopefully it'll include the first 30 patients.
