Concerning Ink being put to paper:

I'm sure, in fact I'd go so far as to say I'm positive, there is something in ink. However, even after something has been put to ink, when it comes to software, it can take months to set up the interface between the Software Company (SFOR) and the Vendor (whoever that is). And even after the programming has been completed, there can be weeks of working out the bugs before you can go public. Otherwise, you can shoot yourself in the foot if there are problems that emerge. Businesses have failed as a result. I am reassured by Marks words pointing to the second half of the year. However, there is still much to look forward to now such as the IPR which can be ruled on at any time leading to settlements, A possible press release announcing the Mobile Trust International Patent, more law suits, settlements not announced because they settled without going to court, etc.......WE HAVE MADE IT,

The past (both the bad and the good) put us where we are today. But the past is not what is now dictating current or future events. The current events can be likened to a freight train, it is coming and no one can stop it. Mark did what was necessary for survival, and anyone who has started a business knows that it is difficult. Most businesses don't survive a year, but if they do, it means in most cases that the person at the top survived against the odds and will go on to have a successful business. That is where we are today, riding the coattails of a successful business...Hang on for an awesome ride...
