Also,as we have discussed, since Mexico itself is an iron importer,if Mexico built a railroad to Ensenada (rather than attempting to rely on a worldwide consortium to do so in the crazy Colonet(sp?) port scheme) CWRN could sell to Mexico.
Ensenada is only ca 45 air miles from the nearest Mexican rail line near the USA border-so maybe somebody needs to map this out for the govt since they have trouble distinguishing between the illegal south mainland wild west and North Baja.
Hey, Mexico could pay for it by putting boots on the ground (what a novel idea-which it hasnt been able to do on a permanent basis) to capture and profit from those illegal cartel mines rather than attempting to solve the problem via red tape that punishes legitimate exporters while probably having minimal impact on the cartel mines. But governments dont always get the brightest brains.
Any cartographers here who could map it out for the govt? Need a large scale map to show the difference between North Baja and south mainland-and a small scale map to show how to connect to existing rail lines.
