SARASOTA, FL / OTC Markets / May 25, 2017 / INCC announced today that it engaged Jeffrey Halferty Design Inc. (Aspen, CO) http://jhalfertydesign.com/?page_id=299) to design, prototype, and manufacture a specialized, technologically advanced green house for the marijuana cultivation market, which INCC intends to sell/lease to Cannabis growers.
Forbes magazine estimated the North American market for legal marijuana was 6.7 billion dollars in 2016.
