I wrote an email directly on the Bellissima Prosecco website to vent my upsets with the lack of communication and stock price. I surprisingly received this almost immediate email response and did NOT expect Rich himself to answer:
I am sorry you feel the way you do, to the contrary NOTHING is dying here. The business is solid with an incredible distribution platform. It takes time to build a brand and we are doing it exactly by the numbers. Please be patient, I do want to clarify one thing as I am on the road. I appreciate your support and we do have the highest integrity.

Then when I wrote back thanking him for caring to respond and asked for a PR to his shareholders and he wrote back again!:
You are very welcome and I am typically a very communicative person. I am really trying to get this brand built. We are coming into prime time selling season. This is a long road to build a brand properly, there is no magic, just hard work and having a great product.
I will make sure we get something out to everyone we are just so focused on the brand at this time but I promise we will message everyone over the next day or so.
