For any who believed pseudo-"Dr"J's latest load of BS -- please don't.
He claims that endoscopy is useless without tissue samples.
If you have ever had a colonoscopy, or read about what it is, you know that to be untrue.
Photographic evidence is sufficient, when you are dealing with ulcerative proctitis. If there is no evidence of ulcers as compared to the initial endoscopy, that is ample evidence of efficacy.
Do you really think that someone who has had these kinds of horrible problems with mucosa is going to consent to a surgical procedure which might kick the whole problem back in again? A biopsy is a removal of a section of tissue
I can see it now: "Great, your drug made me feel better. Go ahead a chop a chunk of it out so that I have bleeding and possible complications."
