Are you possibly misinterpreting that he is an owner of 5.0 % or more, that requires him to file his ownership and qty of shares with the sec?
He's upwards of 14% I think.
His name is listed in a filing of others who are BOD members, requiring them to disclose such regardless of % owned.
He has never been on our BOD to my knowledge.
