Japans India suppliers have dried up. Since Japan

Japans India suppliers have dried up. Since Japan is going to need a lot of steel to rebuild the north damaged by the 3-11-11 quake/tsunami and is iron deficient,it would be nice if CWRN could get some action from Japan, though it would be nice to get a larger vessel-minimum 45k ton carrying capacity for the ore at port and even larger for fert-if Japan needs fert, though fert will likely go to USA.
Does anybody know if Japan needs iron fertilizer?
For the detractors, land use planning for the monumental task of rebuilding the north takes years-last I knew they were still in the contentious planning phase-had to remove an enormous amount of damaged material first.
Since there are no good North coastal rebuilding sites sufficiently above sea level,as the mountains come right up to the sea in most places, they know they will most likely have to move a tremendous amount of earth/whole mountains to create large building sites for new replacement cities.
