TD Ameritrade owns Scottrade now. With that in mind, their risk management protocols on otc stocks that are unregistered are very strict. He/she can call and place the order at any price they want to but it wont matter bc both dont self clear like they use too...lol. In fact TDA lowered their clearing otc volume years ago. I think they saw it was to risky.
Makes you wonder if scottrade needed the "bailout". We all know Nite was a close friend who is an MM and Clear factory at the time. Funny how they got bought out too. Did you really think it was a glitch? lol.
