2016 and earlier chart history irrelevant now in 2017.
The base is held higher by longs keeping flippers away from all .0002s this year and .0003s so far this time.
Bid increased to 121M at .0003 and undercut ask .0004s taken out 3 times already with .0005 ask reduced to 41M as a result.
Those that only bid sit at unrealistic levels without taking some on the ask when available risk being left with either a low inventory of shares or no shares when someone decides to run it up at a time of their choosing or when in due course the next catalyst comes out - acquisitions (at any time) or the next quarterly financials.
