The Case Name is: "Tauriga Sciences, Inc. v. Cowan, Gunteski & Co. P.A. et al" (Case No. 3:16-cv-06285-PGS-DEA). The case is being tried at the United States District Court of New Jersey ("New Jersey Federal Court") located in Trenton, New Jersey.
In addition, the Pre-Trial Conference has been scheduled for November 2, 2017. The Company is highly confident in the legal merits of its case as well as the evidentiary record.
