she just put the 350mil back into the shr structure. removed amazon. got more toxic loans and now increased the AS to after dilution status...8m not sure what's going on or whether she knows what the heck she's doing.
I'm not touching this again until those notes mature. with the expansion of that facility? she's either funding the building outta pocket or on sh backs. whatever the reason she returned the company's condition to what it was taking on toxic financing. the "I didn't know toxic funding dilutes" card doesn't work a second time nor fogiven easily.
