Summary of Trading - May 22.
175M traded .0005 > .0007 [ignoring insignificant short paint down at .0004].
Approximately 35M was traded at .0006/7 - including a 20M hit on the ask filled in 2 seconds at 14:01:02 and 14:01:04 after the hard bounce at .0005 when the large bid of 50M+ was filled after some were duped into selling by misinformation and scaremongering.
Approximately 140M was traded at .0005.
Contrary to nonsense posted on iHub, there were no fills of significance at .0004. Claims of "several million" were blatant lies.
The only trade all day below .0005 was for 233,750 at the non-retail shorted price of .00045 at 11:57:40.

There is no dilution - the share structure has just been reduced again - see sticky.
The issuance of shares for company executive services are clearly stated in the filings and are not significant in the grand scheme of things (albeit iHub mentality people looking for a quick continuous upward move win in a few hours / days / weeks don't know how to trade under these circumstances and end up panic selling or whining).
VNDM has been at .0015 for several days and did not hold back the initial move off the bottom either.
Some of the bashers on iHub have usernames created as recently as May 18, 2017 - created specifically to bash $DIGX.
One of the bashers even admitted to selling for a loss at .0008 and trying to get back in at .0003 - clearly a clueless trader.
Another 2 bashers repeatedly stated that $DIGX may fall to .0002 - it has not been possible to get any meaningful amount of .0002s since end-2016 and certainly will not be now with longs willing to take 20M>50M at .0003/4 - as seen between the last run and this one..
I have recorded details of the bashers' nonsense for possible further action, as conspiracy to affect the price of a security is a felony.
There is no pump and dump campaign - there hasn't been a paid promotion in the current era and most of the longs who follow $DIGX keep all their cheapest shares for when $DIGX runs up to the pps it should be at for its' market cap. It was not - and is not - an earnings related play as some nonsense posters on iHub opine.
News on updates to acquisition plans to expand both brands could come at any time - the strategy was stated in the last 2 filings and a number of previous PRs - before the next quarterly results.
In the meantime, you can expect the major traders in $DIGX - me included - to be accumulating shares at any and all levels that make sense to their individual trading plans, which change as circumstances dictate.
Personally, I intend to build up my inventory of $DIGX shares to facilitate banking a multiple $6-figure sum profit when the pps moves to the level it should be on for the correct market cap for known revenue and profit. I haven't even used up my previous banked profit amount from repeat multiple runs yet.
As I'm not a paying member on iHub and am limited in posts there - plus I'm not willing to waste all the trading day correcting nonsense - the play-by-play trading coverage and in depth summaries will only be here on IH from now on.
