The following procurement procedures were organised:
1. Opened procurement procedure for purchase of equipment in order to improve energy efficiency within the project
2. Procurement procedures for purchase of air compressors
3. Procurement procedure for purchase of LED technology lighting equipment.
4. Opened procurement procedure for simplified renovation of manufacturing premises of AS “RER”.
1) Within the energy efficiency improvement project AS “RER” with public support organised opened procurement procedures for purchase of nine equipment units:
· high-frequency power soldering system;
· abrasive blasting chamber for cleaning surfaces before painting;
· multifunctional welding machine;
· drying oven;
· press with matrix set for tip assembly;
· hydro abrasive cutting equipment;
· equipment for cutting and removing of flame retardant cable insulation;
· compounded punching device for traction motor stator sheet preform cutting;
· CNC vertical machining center.
After evaluation of all received tenders, the following winners of procurement procedures were chosen:
• High-frequency power soldering system – supplier EMAG eldec Schwenk Induction GmbH (Germany), offered price - 52 999 Eur;
• Abrasive blasting chamber for cleaning surfaces before painting – supplier SIA Duroc Machine Tool (Latvia), offered price - 88 350 Eur;
• multifunctional welding machine – supplier BALTEXIM LV SIA (Latvia), offered price - 4 620 Eur;
• Drying oven – supplier СЭЗАО "Вольна" (Belarus), offered price - 43 980 Eur;
• Press with matrix set for tip assembly – supplierUptech Group OÜ (Estonia), offered price- 10 040 Eur;
• Hydro abrasive cutting equipment – supplier Flow Europe GmbH (Germany), offered price - 222 789 Eur;
• Equipment for cutting and removing of flame retardant cable insulation – supplier Metzner Maschinenbau GmbH (Germany), offered price 68 955 Eur;
• compounded punching device for traction motor stator sheet preform cutting – supplier AWEBA Werkzeugbau GmbH Aue (Vācija), offered price 58 450 Eur;
• CNC vertical machining center – supplier Abplanalb Baltic SIA (Latvia), offered price 132 700 Eur.
2) Procurement procedure for purchase of air compressors:
Procurement procedure organized within the project “Complex solutions in Riga Electric Machine Building Works for improvement of energy efficiency”. The project will be implemented within the specific objective “'Promoting the efficient use of energy resources, reducing energy consumption and transition to RES in the manufacturing sector” of the EU Structural Funds support programme 4.1.1. In this procurement procedure as the winner was chosen SIA FONONS. Offered price – 56320 EUR. Proposal of SIA FONONS was chosen as the best among 12 submitted proposals.
3) Procurement procedure for purchase of LED technology lighting equipment:
In this procurement procedure SIA ELEKTRIKA was chosen as the winner with the lowest price. Offered price is 53340 EUR.
4) Opened procurement procedure for simplified renovation of manufacturing premises of AS “RER”.
In the procurement procedure, where five manufacturing premises will be renovated with public support, participated seven tenderers. The best proposal was submitted by SIA “JC”, offered total price is 415 515,49 EUR.
AS “RER” is going to sign contracts with winners of procurement procedures and start planned activities.
