This has got to be the record for presidential high blood pressure!
Right before he died of a massive cerebral hemorrhage FDR's blood pressure had shot up to 300 over 190.
Also, after Roosevelt stopped breathing his doctor injected caffeine sodium benzoate in a skeletal muscle and adrenalin directly into the heart muscle. Neither restored the heart's action.
