TGI Solar Power Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Develop Electric Vehicles.

Ewing, NJ, 19, 2017, -- TGI SOLAR POWER GROUP INC. (TSPG), a diversified technology company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a MOU with Electric Cars Ltd of Kiev, Ukraine to assemble vehicles and build infrastructure a total of 3,000 charging stations. TGI will act as project manager and will own a percentage of the total enterprise. TGI and its management team has been working on this project for over two years and is very pleased with the overall progress made to date with Mr. Alexander Tuz, PhD, who has been working on the project for close to six years. Current orders for electric vehicles exceed 500 vehicles per month, and as a result, Electric Cars LTD is reselling used vehicles purchased in Europe and US to fill demand. Going forward, TGI & EC plan to establish a manufacturing facility to produce electric batteries to power electric vehicles as well as homes, in conjunction with solar and wind power. TGI and Electric Cars Ltd plan to have a conference on May 24, 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine where future plans will be discussed and more details will be available.
