There are hundreds of OTC stocks that have audited financials that are basically in the dumper because :
1. They don't have a viable product.
2. They can't get proper financing to support the company in their early stages.
3. They have incompetent management
4. Their stock is being manipulated to a point where the cant get enough money from selling shares. The MM and hedgies can make more money by naked shorting them and driving them into the ground.
Audited financials will come in time when the circumstances makes sense for the company to do so....
Right now the money is better spent developing the business...
