Since UMS attorney will get a copy of the ballots as they come in, he will know when we get a majority in favor. Maybe then the long silence will end?
Also I wonder if the majority of creditors vote for approval before the 21 days, will that effect the transfer of claims deal between KHC and URSA? I mean if URSA has a minority claim, then couldn't Lee cancel his side deal with URSA?
