I just don't think GTG and the CEO have such competence.
Either QDs or Films, it seems they are well behind the schedule, if they start the construction now , at least they need 9 months to start to produce.
I think it's better to partner a film maker and sell the qds now. As the qds is used in the backlight units, and many TV makers have their own BLU, they can also make such partners.
