So, John is going to have some golden knowledge on Israel and its travel industry being an assistant to the documentary. Going to prove to be very valuable to USGlobal being they plane to eventually fly to Tel Aviv.
Also, he has been a freelance travel writer for almost 6 years. He is going to have experience on how to make USGlobal's travel experience great. IMO, there is a difference between running an airline and experience of a passenger. These 6 years will show USGlobal what they should do and not do to make their experience alot better.
Also, listened to Ben's link for the interview. John mentioned they want to be a competitive carrier, not a budget carrier so customer experience is going to be a focus.
