1. allow Rocky Mountain High Brands to consolidate the revenue that is generated in China and will benefit the Company’s shareholders.
2. expand their worldwide holdings in the beverage industry and bring U.S. products to China and other Far East.
3. produce, export and market RMHB products into our overseas distribution channels already established by our Chinese partners.
4. Sell Eagle Spirit Spring Water through our water plant in Northern China.
