There'll be a short period of time where the ticker change will prevent any trading from occurring, usually no more than a day or so (possibly less). But we need to wait until all votes are cast by June 9th and counted. Once approved, it's up to the BOD when to switch the name and ticker change. It'll probably happen immediately.
