No it will only come into play if the creditors as a class don't approve the plan. Since they did already I expect they will again.
We will not be able to see the approvals by creditors. Most won't bother to reply. In that case it is deemed to be approved.
In regard to the number of days it is calendar days.
Notice of Transfer of Claim Number(s) 14 to KHC, LLC from URSA Information Systems, Inc. with objections due 21 days from the date of this notice. Service by BNC (cws)
