That doesnt make any sense at all..might as well say how about Apple invest and lead or Elon Musk invest in Solterra and lead.Steve hasnt done anything with Venture Capitalists to date and doesn't need to.He stated they will raise about 3 million to commercialize and he already has access to that if he wants to file an S1 or use some of the new authorized shares.If you have specific info showing that BOE or "other investors " are about to invest and lead then please show us the link to that data.Thanks
