it seems you're deciding whether to fish or cut bait. That's for you to decide; but it would seem a view of futility is an excuse or a block to moving forward.
Revenues are small thus far.
I have noticed that those that do the most research tend to be the most positive.
Maybe when peeps are more cordial and supportive, more information will be shared.
Austin Investor's update was a surprise...some that have done so in the past were attacked.
I did get some information to Steve. He acknowledged; did a SH letter and followed through w/Proxy. He also said he'd do a SH letter after Q/K's in the future. He heard and took action.
I don't think you can put a time on when a sale will happen. I've had a house for sale several yrs and the right buyer hasn't come yet.
