I have noticed that those that do the most research tend to be the most positive.

Austin Investor's update was a surprise...some that have done so in the past were attacked.
I did get some information to Steve. He acknowledged; did a SH letter and followed through w/Proxy. He also said he'd do a SH letter after Q/K's in the future. He heard and took action.
I don't think you can put a time on when a sale will happen. I've had a house for sale several yrs and the right buyer hasn't come yet.
