Why in Gods green earth would the principles buy shares on the open market when part of their compensation is in company shares?
That is the incentive for these folks to make their milestones.
Generating real value for the company buy doing their jobs, not some empty gesture of buying shares to try to give some insecure shareholders a warm, fuzzy feeling that management is confident in the company.
You do the job and work hard creating real, sustainable value for the company and the shares they are already getting will be the reward for it......common sense and a pretty standard approach.
This is something a 10 yr old kid can figure out.
Constantly bringing up the same non-issue, trying to turn it into some negative perception of impropriety on the company is typical basher behavior.
This individual does not want an answer to his "pressing question"
He wants to try to keep the perception of impropriety in the spotlight to try to create doubt.
Pretty obvious......
