My main concern is why the prinipical officers, David Foley and Ivan Gulas, have not bought shares on the open market. Think about it. An institutional investor just provided a convertible debenture of $21,000,000...apparently a grand event. Yet not one officer within the company is buying shares on the open market. Convertible...debentures...no form 4's. Why is that?
Does that sound like confidence from the company that dilution will not take place at some point in the future? Of course, if you are not concerned about that because you want only positive news to sell and break even at some price, I understand your 'ignorance' and playful posturing.
In this regard, I am the ultimate long. I want the truth, and not just to put a front of pumping this stock so I can sell and leave...like I suspect many 'longs' wish to do.
Can you answer any of these questions? Yet IR, interestingly enough, has a problem with answering the most important questions. Does that sound like a legitimate company to you?
