How so? He's private citizen who did nothing out of the ordinary in writing down notes of his meeting with Trump.
Those kind of notes are routinely admissible in court proceedings
Certainly no less so from the FBI Director than from an FBI field agent.
He's beyond Trump's reach and Comey can hardly suffer from any kind of 'he said, he wrote' pissing match between the two of them.
What have I overlooked?
No. We're headed for a 'John Dean moment' when Comey appears, with all that that portends for a sitting president.
