RUSSIAN FAKER ... A disgruntled basher who send threatning and harrassing PM's to Teco Shareholders trying to keep them from posting in support of TECO.
This fool lost 13 times in court over a claim he lost $ 460,000.
He even cried in the stands instead of testifying.
