SWIGS forte is going to be more about delivering not only first run movies to theaters digitally over the internet but to delivering all kinds of movies, sports, live events, etc to homes as well.
Couple that with NTEKS remastering capabilities and virtually lossless low band width delivery capabilities and you have a perfect synergy.
It's just a matter of making it work. And who knows what else is in the loop....
The folks who invested 21 mil aren't stupid. It's no toxic financier that would put that kind of money into this company. The investor(s) see the synergies between all of the parties involved.
This just put NTEK on a whole other level.....
It's someone that knows the odds of them achieving substantial gains from their investment is pretty good.
