If Company A had 10M shs o/s and was trading at 10,00 the market cap would b 100M Company B with 175M shs o/s and trading at 4.00 would have a cap of 700M. Now here is the rub, lets assume both companies earned 20M.......Company A eps would b 2.00 while Company B would b .115........lets say both companies traded at a multiple of 20.......Company A would trade at 40.00 and Company B would b at 2.30. There are more variables/factors that go into pps but the aforementioned does explain to some extent why OWCP is having such a difficult time staying above 1.00
Long term OWCP has the promise of "big pharma" like revenues say, 2020 sales were projected to be 500M with the same number of o/s shs and multiple of earnings (20).....................yes, your looking at a conservative pps of $57.00
