Native1900,  don't you think that your post to Bull also "polluted" the board? Give us a break with the hypocracy. Bull posted facts and didn't promise any results so how do you consider it "pumping"? Most of the "facts" posted by Bull have been DD'd by many or PR'd by the company.  If your frustrated by the many TECO false starts and delays then find some balls, pick up the phone and attack the CEO and his management but it doesn't make any sense to attack a poster who has zero to do with the companies past performance.  The man does more on the ground DD then any other TECO shareholder.  Nobody other than the company principals are at fault for the .02 PPS down from a 52wk intraday high of .13 one year ago.  What has TECO done within that year?  Nobody on this board is at fault for TECO's history of non-performance.  Many on this board have been shareholders for years and support the company while the company principals have done a poor job at shareholder value.  They need to execute their "current" plans as listed by Bull and regain some credibility.  It's about time for some consistent revenue and realistic scheduling.  Volume is very light.  While some shareholders continue to sound confident;  the volume and PPS speak loudly about the markets confidence in TECO.  I hope that was "realistic" enough for you.
