I did the numbers like 5 times to calculate the 10Q, I am hunching for either Tues or Wed will have a good day. However, these earnings numbers are big and after crunching the numbers. Its nescessary for uplist to be in at least 1 to 2 years between 2 - 5 mil, they have that in the bag. On the other hand, what really saved the company on the 10Q is the 1). Total current assets 2) The Lib&Shares help extremely 3). Mrs. Li deal for purchased for 1 Million shares of the prefared A Sh. X PPS she bought. (Go find it yourself I did. So can you). Even with just the first 2 puts the company unaudited 10Q or with the 3 its even more cash flow to the company. Which makes to why Mrs Li, Gerry David, Kevin H. Is all in this.
On the other hand, the bad side of the 10Q which made the balance sheet aweful but still made it positive is.
Cash flow was off by -101,797
P&E Assets is -37,053 & Op. Assets is 43,569 (peanuts)
Shares deficit. 3 months to 9 months
Sales: -39,324 to -308,675
CoS: -20,196 to - 242,675
Op. Exp to gross Pro.
-595,494 to -2,116,766
Balance sheet : + 4,300,801 million while RMHB is 5.1 Million
Not including the Mrs. Li preF A shares yet, you have to have find and the math like I did to find the amount. Its extreme. Puts the company it is a 424% boost for RMHB with Mrs. Li signing contract.
